What is Cesium 133?
So glad you asked. You can get to know us here.
Where does your inventory come from?
Cesium 133 acquires timepieces, straps, and other items from a variety of sources, including but not limited to original manufacturers, individuals, retailers, other collectors, and sometimes even barns.
How do you verify the authenticity of vintage watches?
Authenticity is at the heart of Cesium133. We have a team of in-house professionals who work to ensure the items we sell are authentic and in beautiful condition.
We make every effort to provide comprehensive, detailed, and accurate descriptions of every aspect of a timepiece, including any known ownership or servicing history. Additionally, we display numerous high-resolution photographs of each timepiece, and encourage potential customers to reach out to us with requests for additional details, descriptions, or photographs before making a purchase decision.
We take authenticity very seriously. We are collectors and enthusiasts first and foremost, and we wouldn’t sell an item that we wouldn’t own ourselves. If there are concerns about the authenticity of our products, please email email@example.com for more information.
How do you determine pricing?
Our inventory is priced according to prevailing market forces. Factors such as rarity, age, physical condition, manufacturer, movement type, included accoutrements, and country of origin can all impact selling price. We also carefully evaluate all comparable offerings available on the vintage resale market in determining our prices. We are always open to reasonable offers. Feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you provide repairs?
Not at this time.
Is there a warranty?
Given the nature of our trade, Cesium133 is not able to warrant or guarantee that product descriptions are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. All timepiece descriptions are provided to the best of our actual knowledge, and any uncertainty regarding condition, age, originality, or other detail will be noted in our descriptions. Additionally, vintage timepieces often exhibit wear consistent with age and use, and mechanical movements are inherently subject to inaccuracy and potential failure. We strive to note all such features in text and through photography. If a product offered by Cesium133 is not as described upon receipt, you may return it in the condition in which it was received.
Do all watches come with original packaging and paperwork?
The curse of time and age means some things don’t survive. We make every attempt to source the original documentation and packaging for the timepieces we sell, but this isn’t always possible. In addition to any available original items, every timepiece will include a Cesium 133 strap, spring bar tool, and storage pouch
Do you sell new watches?
Yes. We are proud to build partnerships with select brands and microbrands that we feel reflect the expansive interests and tastes of the Cesium133 community.
At this time, Cesium 133 is proud to be an authorized distributor of England’s preeminent timepiece manufacturer, Bremont Watches. In addition, we sell various microbrands, including Memphis’s own Origin Watch Company.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my watch?
When buying online, you will usually pay the same sales tax rate you pay when buying something from a local store. However, depending on the laws of your local tax jurisdiction, you may pay a slightly different rate or no sales tax at all.
What type of payments can I use?
We accept a wide variety of payment methods, including all major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Wire Transfer, and even cash for local transactions.
PLEASE NOTE! If you are using PayPal/Credit Card as a form of payment, we cannot refund the processing fee of 3% if you decide to return the watch. New PayPal policy states that they will no longer refund the fee they take from us even if the watch is returned and transaction is reversed. Again, if you pay by PayPal or Credit Card (which is processed by PayPal) and decide to return the watch, you will be getting a refund in amount 3% less than what you originally pay.
Are there payment plan options?
At this time, we do not offer payment plans, however we hope to be able to provide you the flexibility of this option in the future. However, some payment options such as PayPal may offer special financing. Please refer to your banking institution for more details.
Why do I have to sign for my package?
For both the security of your purchase and requirements of our insurance, all Cesium 133 items will require a signature upon delivery.
How quickly do you ship?
We make every effort to ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. You will receive a shipment notification via email or text when your order ships. Speed of delivery will vary according to the shipping service you select at purchase (Ground, 2nd Day Air, Overnight, etc.). Please refer to your receipt or shipment notification for more details.

How do you package your watches?

Do you share / sell any of my personal data?
Do you sell your watches on other sites?
Some of our timepieces may be cross-listed on multiple retail channels. Once an item sells in one location, it is removed from available stock elsewhere. Note: Due to the differing regulatory environments of these channels, there may be minor differences in pricing.
